In June 2023, MapsPeople finalized its rights issue. The total gross proceeds of the rights issue amounted to approx. DKK 28.3m, which will be used to finance operations and secure high ARR growth from new initiatives. By the end of 2023, the company guides for an ARR of DKK 77-87m, corresponding to a growth rate of 129-159% YoY. In 2023, revenue is expected to be in the range of DKK 38-45m (31-55% growth YoY), and EBITDA is expected to be in the range of DKK -62m and DKK -52m.
