With references to the CEO of the company, you will be responsible for the management and development of the financial department, which includes handling bookkeeping, payroll and cash management.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing consolidated accounts, budgets and for the preparation of commercial and strategic analyses. Based on these analyses you prepare reports for the CEO and implement KPIs for managing forward-looking activities.
You also have the task of ensuring the company’s capital resources, preparing the basis for investor discussions and managing global trading activities.
You will work closely with the CEO, the Management team and the Chairman of the Board, where you assist the CEO with Investor Relations, as well as preparing and presenting key figures for the Board. You will also be given overall responsibility for various HR tasks.
You have a further education in economics or accounting, and you have experience from a similar position, where you have overseen consolidated accounts. It is an advantage if you have experience with the processes of subscription sales and knowledge of HR processes. You have a good IT understanding, and if you have experience with the e-conomic accounting program, it is a big advantage. You are expected to master Danish and English at a high level in writing and speech and have knowledge of Danish authorities and Danish accounting practices.
