Our Danish roots and legacy in mapping reach back to 1897. That heritage became something new in 2009: MapsIndoors, the first SaaS platform that gave enterprises a living map of the spaces they operate. From 2021 to 2025, MapsPeople was listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.

MapsPeople is now a privately held company with private equity backing. Partners who share our time horizon, and the means to invest properly in what comes next.

What comes next is Spatial Intelligence. A map tells you where things are. Spatial intelligence tells you what that means — how a space knows , thinks and acts. Spatial Intelligence does not stop at a doorway or the edge of a floor plan.
